One of the prime objectives in opening a wholly owned LECO subsidiary in Malaysia was to provide our customers with LECO’s exceptional after-sales service. In today’s business environment, one must be able to deliver not only the best product, but also the infrastructure to support that product in the long term.

LECO Instruments (M) Sdn. Bhd. has committed itself to professionally meeting the technical requirements in servicing LECO equipment by setting up a fully equipped and operational service department with specifically trained personnel.

Ever heard of the saying “A jack of all trades, but a master of none”? This phrase describes the advantage of having a subsidiary office to service & maintain your instrument as opposed to a trading company or agent. Unlike a trading company or agent that may represent many principals, LECO’s service engineers work on nothing but LECO instruments, therefore becoming “masters of their trade".

Because of the highly developed infrastructure in Malaysia, & the central location of Malaysia to the rest of SEA, LECO Instruments (M) Sdn. Bhd. is also the regional office for sales & service training. The International Service Director for the Asia Pacific region is based here providing sales & service training & back up to customers, distributors & subsidiary offices for the entire SEA region.
